Spend a Day at the Gllbert Folk Festival

Interested in a day full of great music brought to you by local musicians? Well, you’re in luck! The Gilbert Folk Festival is returning to the Gilbert Historic District and bringing you over 70 live music acts on on six stages! Here’s some more info on the event.
A Favorite Among Gilbert Events!
Brought to you by the Higley Center for the Performing Arts as well as the Gilbert Art Walk among other sponsors, the Gilbert Folk Festival 2016 will be held on Saturday, February 20, and will run from 9 am to 4 pm in the Heritage District of downtown Gilbert. On top of the six stages of live music performances, music workshops will be offered to all levels of musicians interested in honing their skills.
Confirmed acts for this year include Cowboy Wrecks, Sandy Hathaway, Ted Newman, Tom Whitlock, and Gilbert-native ToRi Smith among others. This event is free and open to folk fans of all ages, but be sure to bring some extra cash to help support some of the great local businesses in downtown Gilbert. Once again, the show starts at 9 am, so get there early for a good spot. See you at the Folk Festival!
